There are many different types of drawing styles and there are differnet ways to do Different styles. Drawing is one of the most popular ways to do art. Some of the most common are pencil, pastel,charcoal,marker, ect.

Pencil

Pencil is the most common style of drawing all around the world. With with style you can use basic grey lead or color lead. In the picture below you can see the artist used both. Most of the time when artist to this , they are sending a message throught the color, showing you what is important and the key of the drawing. This type of drawing can be used for any style. Dark , light, happy , depressed, Really anything.

Ink & Pen

Ink art is really dark as shown below. This does not mean the art work is depressing or sad. It just in dark format and most of the time the background is the dark part of the whole piece. There will be detaling in black because ink art is black and white. This style is mostly so show portaits and animals.

Crayon

Crayon drawing is very simple. You draw with sticks of colorful wax. This can me use for any style of Drawing.

Charcol

Charcol is also very simple. This is very pigmented and charcol is very dark. this is used for dark and scary drawings.

Marker

Marker is very common for childern and adults that do caligrophy. This can be dark or bright with this it doesnt matter.

Pastel

Pastel is one of the hardest things to draw with. This is because of the texture and blending tools you need for drawing with them. This style is always bright and exciting.
